Portrait of Pascal Rentschler

Pascal Rentschler

Concept, design, delivery

Pascal is a design enthusiast with a strong passion for minimalism: leaving things out on purpose to make room for what matters. Guided by that principle, he has spent many years designing and building corporate identities, websites and enterprise applications. More than 130 projects for over 90 clients have come out of it, since 2020 under the name Rentschler.digital.

Positioning, strategy, marketing

Marcel thinks backwards from the decision: who says yes in B2B purchasing, who says no and why, he saw first-hand during years as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant at COSMO CONSULT, Fellowmind and Krannich Solar. At Rentschler.digital, that becomes messaging and campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google. Since 2023, he has brought his recruiting experience together at vetter-recruiting.de.

Process

Open without a plan, and the rest of the game is a gamble.

From the first analysis to the finished result, every step follows a clear plan. With transparent costs and decisions you make yourself.

Step 01

Kick-off and audit

We dig deep into your business: goals, audience, competitors, your current presence and existing processes, all looked at as one system. You get a brief that captures everything and sets out what the project is aiming for.

Goals Audience Competitors Processes

Step 02

Strategy and sitemap

We sharpen your positioning and work out page structure, user journey and content. We also decide which tech stack and which processes will carry your project. We only start on design once the foundations are in place.

Step 03

Design

We develop a design system of colours, type and imagery that matches your positioning and brand. You have your say in clearly scheduled feedback rounds. The result is consistent, and there are no endless rounds of revisions.

Step 04

Development

We build your website to be responsive, fast and modular, and add the content we developed with you. Forms, CRM and email are connected from the start, and automations take over the routine that costs you time today.

Performance Modularity Forms, CRM, email

Step 05

Launch and support

Before go-live, we check performance, display and technical SEO, and set up data protection and consent properly. We make sure search engines and AI answers can understand your content. Then your website goes live.

Are we a match?

Not every project is right for us.

We want to do more than just execute. That's why we prefer working with companies where we can also help shape the positioning, the structure of the website and how the message comes across. For us, good design starts with understanding the audience and what the website really needs to achieve.

We draw a clear line at projects that work against the protection of nature and life, promote racism or antisemitism, or discriminate against ethnic minorities or the LGBTQIA+ community. We turn down such requests regardless of budget.

Working together

Three ways.
One shared goal.

Clear rules, shared risk or shared gains: we find the model that fits your plans.

Fixed price

One price.
Clear scope.

We define scope, schedule and cost before the project starts. You know exactly what you get, by when and what it costs. No add-ons and no surprises.

We win

FAQ

What people ask us first.

What does a project cost?

The starting point is the Visibility Audit at €1,500–3,500. If you then commission the core project, we credit half of it. The core project costs €15,000–25,000. Whether you pay a fixed price, a revenue share or a combination of both, we work out in the first conversation.

How long does it take?

The Visibility Audit is ready after one week. If feedback and approvals run smoothly, your site goes live four weeks later. It is quickest when the person who makes the decisions on your side is involved from the start. For the core project, we meet at least once in person or by video, and everything else runs remotely.

When is a revenue share an option instead of a fee?

If new business can be clearly traced back to the website or our campaigns, and we get access to the relevant figures, a performance-based share is possible. This model works particularly well for B2B service providers with clearly defined order values. For law and tax firms, professional conduct rules (in Germany, for example) usually rule it out. That said, we do not offer it to everyone: we only take a share in business models we believe will succeed.

What happens after launch?

Launch is the start. Not the finish line.

You can add new services, case studies and content yourself at any time. If you'd rather not deal with any of it, we take care of it for you. With our monthly care plan, we keep your website up to date and, if you wish, keep developing your visibility and automations. At a transparent fixed price.

We already have an agency. What do you do differently?

We do not start with design but with the question of what you stand for and for whom. Only then do we build the site. On top of that comes what a web agency rarely offers: we take routine work off your team through automation, and we measure whether clients and AI search find and understand you.
